Manzis Build is proud to be a locally owned and operated construction company based in Hawke’s Bay. Led by Henare and Arana Waapu, we’re driven by the belief that building goes beyond tools, timelines and being the cheapest on the block. It’s about people, trust, and doing right by the communities we live in. The ethos we bring to every project is simple: Leave it better than we found it.
