Some changes or structural work may require consent. Bathroom conversions and larger modifications commonly need it. We can help work through the right pathway as part of the project and incorporate it into our scope of work.

Manzis Build has no formal partnership with ACC. We’ve completed ACC-related home modification projects before, but ACC funding and approval are determined by ACC directly. Please confirm funding and process details with ACC or your assessor before committing to work.

Our Home Accessibility Consultation starts from $350 incl. GST. If you go ahead with the building work, that cost is absorbed into your project.

Our building specialist comes to your home and works through what you’ve already identified, whether that’s a bathroom, entryway, steps, or doorways. You’ll get a written estimate afterward covering everything discussed.

Every home is different, so pricing depends on scope.

Doorway widening depends on the wall involved and whether it’s load-bearing, and exterior doors can trigger consent requirements. We’ll tell you honestly what’s involved once we’ve had a look.
