Consultation
Our complementary service includes an initial 15min call to discuss your project and provide you with an indicative estimate. Our paid service includes a 15min call, a meeting with you on site and a project proposal. We dedicate time to researching, gather competitive rates and proposing tailored solutions.

Proposal
Within 14 days, our team will send you an obligation free proposal or indicative estimate. These are valid for 20 days and reasonably cover all costs, including materials, product options, labour and GST. Although we always put our best foot forward, we invite our clients to ask questions so that they feel inform about their proposal.

Commencement
After acceptance, our team will provide a contract, set a formal start date, ensuring it aligns with the expectations discussed in the initial stages. At this time we will provide you with guidelines on how to prepare for you the commencement of your project to ensure all parties are prepared and ready to go.

Collaboration
We keep communication open throughout the project, providing weekly updates for larger jobs and regular check-ins for smaller projects. We use a dedicated construction management software to ensure all of your project details and updates are kept in one place.

Completion
Upon completion, our team will conduct a formal handover with you. Any defects will be addressed and resolved during the handover process. Finally, we’ll issue you with a handover pack.
