Manzis Build partnered with Ngāti Kahungunu Iwi Incorporated’s housing team, Whai Kāinga Whai Oranga, to deliver three spacious three bedroom homes in Hastings Hawke’s Bay.

These three bedroom homes highlight the same careful craftsmanship that gets the team at Manzis Build out of bed every day, featuring contemporary cedar cladding, raking ceilings, and custom double-glazed joinery. The light filled open plan living spaces are designed for easy flow between the indoors and the outdoors, creating a comfortable and functional home for modern whānau living.

Constructed in an off-site manufacturing facility in Hastings, Hawke’s Bay, this project brought together precision building techniques with natural materials to achieve a contemporary, low-maintenance finish. Every stage from framing to the smallest finishing details was a collaborative effort between our team, Whai Kāinga Whai Oranga and trusted subtrades, ensuring the homes met the highest standard of workmanship.

The result is a durable, thoughtfully designed home that balances practical family living with clean, practical lines designed to feel open and welcoming.
