Manzis Build partnered with Ngāti Kahungunu Iwi Incorporated’s housing team, Whai Kāinga Whai Oranga, to deliver two spacious four bedroom homes in Hastings Hawke’s Bay.

These homes showcase the craftsmanship we’re passionate about from the feature cedar cladding, raking ceilings, custom double-glazed joinery, and light filled open plan living areas that connect beautifully to the outdoors. Built in an off-site manufacturing facility in Hastings Hawke’s Bay, the project combined precision building methods with the beauty of natural materials and clean architectural lines.

Behind the scenes, this project was a testament to our attention to detail and seamless coordination with trusted subtrades together with the Whai Kāinga, Whai Oranga team. Every step, from the joinery installation to the final finishing touches, was completed with the care and commitment that define our work.
