Represents our acknowledgement of the physical structure of a whare. The architectural design, the products used, and the ingenuity of our tīpuna which has been passed down through generations to shelter and house many whānau and communities. We believe that everyone deserves to live in a whare that is safe, warm and dry; which is why we actively endorse all whare to meet the healthy homes standards.

Represents our acknowledgment of the mauri (life force) of papa kāinga (homestead) and regarding each whare beyond its physical structure. Whether a whare was built by a great koro and has housed many generations, is new to the whānau, or it may also be a rental; life moments and milestones are captured within the walls of our kāinga, which are reflected upon for generations to come.

Represents the importance of having the skillset and knowledge to build and maintain the physical structure of a whare. We hold a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) certification and are members of the New Zealand Certified Builders Association (NZCB), this demonstrates our abilities and experience across both renovation and new build mahi.
